Our signature wine tour and tasting. It is divided into two parts: a tour of the winery and a unique tasting. By visiting the cellars at the winery, you can learn how much attention to detail is required throughout the winemaking process.
You will be tasting six wines of Castiglion del Bosco, which are sampled together with a fine selection of Tuscan cheeses and cold meats, fresh bread, EVO oil and honey. Finally you will have to guess a starred blind wine, carefully selected for you to tailor-made your experience.

Your visit to Castiglion del Bosco can be enhanced by an exclusive opportunity to discover the art of food pairing. Enjoy a guided tasting of six wines, including the very limited Vin Santo, paired with a selection of Italian cheeses, such as aged Tuscan Pecorino cheeses and blue cheese.

While immersed in captivating surroundings, you will enjoy six of the winery’s finest vintages of Brunello di Montalcino, in the most successful, handcrafted, functional wine glass: Zalto Universal. During the tasting, you will be served local Pecorino cheese, fresh bread, EVO oil and honey.

Join us at Castiglion del Bosco to experience the magic of the harvest period!
Harvest is the most authentic time of the year, when the vineyards of Montalcino come alive and the work of an entire season reaches its culmination.
Equipped with gloves and pruning shears, you will join us in the vineyard to experience the grape harvest firsthand and discover the care and dedication we devote every day to our vineyards and the surrounding landscape.
The journey continues in our winery, where you will be guided through the winemaking process, from the careful selection of the grapes to fermentation and the long ageing that gives Brunello di Montalcino its distinctive character.
Your experience concludes with a guided tasting of four of our wines, including a specially selected library vintage of Brunello di Montalcino, reserved exclusively for this occasion. The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of local cheeses, cured meats, fresh bread and our own extra virgin olive oil.

Every day is possible to land on our heliport just a few steps away from the winery, where we will be welcoming you. The area is fully equipped and safe for landing. You will have the unique chance to fly over the breathtaking landscapes of Val d’Orcia. Finally enjoy our wines after a visit to the cellars, including our stunning Members’ Cellar.
We, at Castiglion del Bosco Winery Team, together with Michelin starred restaurant Il Silene and winery Podere Le Ripi all shared the same feeling that something was missing in Montalcino. Something that could connect the beauty of our land with the unique products that it offers. Hence, we decided to take matters into our hands and planned something new and unheard of in this area, which could not be missing: a Helicopter tour, designed to introduce you to some the most renowned Tuscan excellence such as Brunello di Montalcino while enjoying the stunning views of the Val d’Orcia. All you have to worry about is to have fun!
