Start with the Gauggiole Rosso di Montalcino, a delicate and fresh expression of Sangiovese variety grown in clay soil – pairs very well with a fresh salad or some mid-aged cheeses.
The two following wines are our Brunello di Montalcino, and the famous Cru Campo del Drago – two wines that are produced from different parts of our vineyard. It is indeed interesting to see how a wine changes according to the terroir.
The fourth wine is a legend: our Millecento Brunello di Montalcino Riserva: A wine that is produced only in the best vintages and 2015 is the best one so far. To drink now with some wild boar plates or to sip by it self as a meditation wine.
We then move on to the Tuscan Coast: Prima Pietra, a blend of Bordeaux varietal: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot – a bolder wine with interesting jammy flavours.
Last, but not least, our San Michele Vin Santo Sant’Antimo Occhio di Pernice – a sweet wine that pairs perfectly with some great blue cheese.
