The extra virgin olive oil Italiano is a blend of different olive varieties.
It’s gold-colored with emerald reflections, the nose has aromas of artichoke and cardoon, while the mouth is broad and balanced with a pleasant bitterness and pungency.
It pairs perfectly with raw vegetables, rice salads as well as light pasta and white meat.
