The first artwork of “Chardonnay Inspires”

The fresh and crisp 2019 vintage is the protagonist of the “Chardonnay Inspires” campaign. With beautiful floral notes enhanced by hints of citrus fruit, including grapefruit and orange peel, Castiglion del Bosco Chardonnay evokes memories of long and breezy summer days.

Three young international artists interpret through their artwork the Chardonnay bottle and the iconic rabbit that adorns its label – inspired by that which runs in the woods of the estate.

The project is part of our wider efforts to place focus on the importance of recycling and sustainability. This bottle was chosen not only for its contemporary embellishment, but also for the decoration of the Vinolok© glass stopper which preserves the freshness and floral notes of the wine, and allows the bottle to be reused once it is empty.

We are happy to introduce here the first artist – stay tuned for more…

For the collection: Chardonnay Inspires

“Because of the symbolism of the rabbit in popular culture, I chose the vivid color of the carrot for its modern association with the animal. The color blocks are cut with special proportions. I want this bottle of wine to be a gift, like a carrot to a rabbit.

I used the colored tape because I like the transparent material; it can accentuate the color without obstructing the content of the brand.” – Wang Zhiyi

The bottle can be re-used as carrot juice bottle.
