Year of the Horse
97 points – JAMES SUCKLING
The first set of the limited edition series was created for the forthcoming year of the horse with Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2006, a 5 star vintage. With the exceptional rating of 97 points by international wine critic James Suckling, the wine made its first debut at an exclusive charity dinner held at the Four Season hotel in Hong Kong on November 25th, 2013.
“Very spicy and earthy, with decadent and dark meat, before changing to flowers and dark fruits. Full body, very soft and round, with a very, very long finish.
It’s very intense and rich, yet shows wonderfully polished tannins. Fantastic wine.“
