Castiglion del Bosco extra virgin olive oil is produced with the traditional olive varieties, typical of this area, therefore it is has a strong tie with the territory as well as indistinguishable flavors and aromas. Our olive oil is cold-pressed therefore it retains its full nutritional value, providing many health benefits.

TOSCANO
The extra virgin olive oil Toscano is a blend of three local olive varietis: Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino.
It’s gold-colored with emerald reflections, the nose has aromas of artichoke and cardoon, while the mouth is broad and balanced with a pleasant bitterness and pungency.
It pairs perfectly with raw vegetables, rice salads as well as light pasta and white meat.

MONOCULTIVAR
The Extra Vergin Olive Oil “Olivastra Seggianese”
come exclusively from Seggiano, where they are originally from. Olives have a very delicate taste, perfect on stewed vegetables and fish. Light yellow color.
The Correggiolo is one of the most typical Tuscan variety, with a rich aromatic taste, golden yellow color with greenish shades and spicy finish.
